Coffee Dreams

I had a dream I was in a near by coffee house and everyone in the place was wearing a stray jacket, acting normally, but the people that where being served the coffee cups turned into pills! The look on there faces was like someone getting high ! I took the a look behind the counter and saw that the workers where not even human at all they where machines , with half there bodies being displayed. As my coffee was served my coffee turned into something rather different than coffee as well. I was a shocked it turned into a block of ice. How come not pills as well ? I then noticed that outside the coffee shop people who came out side where shot down by a man in black with a shot gun who screamed I have a headache. That was my dream , I'm sure there was more to it but you know how dreams go they are very hard to piece together. So what do you think of my dream ?

Simple Pleasures

Waking up to a freshly brewed coffee is a what totally makes my Fridays worth that much more. Although the weather is not in the sunny side doesn't mean I have to be gloomy my self. What makes life worth living if you cant enjoy simple pleasures such as a great cup of coffee.Is there any other early morning treat that you enjoy more than a cup of coffee? I grew up to the smell off coffee but yet did not appreciate it till I was 28 years of age. Its so true in my opinion that people don't appreciate anything more with age.Indulge into you simple pleasure in the mornings to get your day started.

Coffee Ambitions

Brewing some coffee this Tuesday morning as I read the news . Gathering my thoughts about what is going to be the highlight of the year for me. Number one is that this year was a miserable one which brought out for me to file Bankruptcy. Gives me to look into a new year of 2011 with a fresh start and new beginnings. Seems to be a common thing these days for people to loose there ground in this chaotic decade. Drinking my coffee enlightens my day with a bold perspective for the future and my ambitions. Seeking a new direction to my career to give me a solid footing for my self and my family.  Looking into the new year to come with open arms anticipating a brighter future makes me excited.

Coffee Presents

Not a big surprise that everyone wants coffee for a present. Its what I sure would like to have. Either a gift card to a near by coffee house. Catching a fix to get a smile on my face is what will make my holiday season a little brighter. Starbucks and Even Peets coffee will have there Holidays specials will catch your eyes too. I'm a big fan of the specialty coffees.Holidays are meant for a combination of pumpkin spices and cinnamon treats, and that's just what you ll get in your drinks. So don't forget to keep that option open for a present for your loved ones. Keeping the Coffee wishes alive.

Your Ice Coffee

 
Its the one drink in the past 8 years that has gotten a lot of notice from the perspective of an American beverage. Bunch of ice cubes and some sweet condensed milk with coffee sure will make a difference in anyone's day. When I first tried this beverage about 20 years ago, it did not surprise me one bit that American business would catch notice soon after. The coffee houses around sure know what this kind of drink is and have not gotten to the full potential of this drink can do for a business.Only one fat food restaurant that I know of has tapped into this venue and its McDonald's and they are a huge chain, so they would make a big impact.  Similar to a degree, but through the Asian menus this particular drink could be prepared in so many ways with so many other ingredients to accommodate it.

A Morning Treat

I woke up this morning with a really bad headache thinking what am gonna do with myself since the Holidays are coming up and with the many Family members calling, I honestly just want to hide away somewhere ! I am just not a very sociable person at all. I get very annoyed by having to many people around me, makes me irritable.Noticing the mornings are getting very cold and require me to dressed much warmer. Just as think my day is ruined from these random thoughts of the Holidays I muster my self up a Hot cup of coffee , a specialty blend of course. Freshly grounded I run it through the coffee maker and wALAH! I have noticed that drinking coffee for me just relaxes me and and de-stresses me as well. Guess what ? my headache is gone!

Morning Ramblings

Getting off to a slow start this morning with a instant (Coffee ) factor and its not what a cafe conasuqer wants to hear or even indulge themselves upon but if you must and have no alternatives what can you do. By all means coffee is a delicate matter to indulge in because you must analyse each and every dancing flavor placed upon your tongue. The relationship to a single person and a cup of coffee is like a blind date going now where. not saying that all single people are not as articulate to getting a great cup of coffee or care about that as much just that everything comes to people later in life as far as appreciation for whats put in front of you and what you have as well. Looking out my window I see the people of my community rush to get things done weather it be work or school its just something that if you talked to many people about they would probably wouldn't understand you as far complexity of how to analyze that cup of coffee or to even care, just know its coffee is all the uneducated, inexperienced as well minds knows. 

Not Too Hot ! Actually the hotter the better!

Keep it Hot and ready is the American cause for concern with the many thermos made . I my self like it Hot , therefor my coffee stays that way for sometime rather than simmers out and turns into ice coffee, all in inception of adding the ice.Coffee drinks are mostly this time expiration date because of temperature changes.With 80% people who drink coffee , drink it hot. Although its no surprise with all these coffee warmers out there to sustain the temperatures in there drinks.In the early nineties and there was a big jump into hot specialty drinks, which in turn revolutionized the LAWSUIT of American fast food joints everywhere. Creating a vast network of companies to evolve the the fast food coffee drink cups to prevent another potential lawsuit.
Coffee,  to this day,  is treated in the market trade almost like a drug war. The competition if fierce at times that people have actually have died because of it. No to mention the people that work in these environments as well. We all know that many workers overseas that work in ( origins) plantations are most cases mistreated, underpaid, or not paid at all. Getting our fingers into the coffee grounds from the moment that these plants are harvested to the point the flavors reach your mouth its a journey like no other. 

So the next time you drink that hot cup of coffee think about how all this came together in the first place. Time and effort it took to grow this coffee bean and people involved processing it from point A to B. 
So keep those coffee cups hot and ready !

Tasteful Experiance !

The famous line of the century ! Would you like more coffee sir or madam ? And of course we cant get enough , pondering to the thought while eating our food if that next cup of coffee be better than the last . Its a very confusing when you prepare something at home at times and consume it , its never the same when you go somewhere else. Anything that's made from other peoples hands seems to have this magical taste to it.  I have made coffee for other people and they love it! But, when it comes down to me making it for myself it doesn't taste all that great. My suggestion to anyone is have someone make your drinks for you and even food if you want tasteful experience.

Is There Something That Starbucks Isnt Telling You?

How do you think that their in business in the first place.
Starbucks has been and still is trying to maneuver them selves on the market as survive ! Considering that there are so many players on the field of competition for the market share.Even the smallest competitor is a threat . Coffee is like a drug speaking metamorphic-Ly because the way the market seems to handle this trade. When a company gets to big they seem to get too tipsy , meaning that the company seems to loose its luster and even objective because they find themselves marketing to many things at once. So its to whose best interest to keep the coffee pouring into your cups you or the business that's pouring the coffee? Like all business they come and they go, but there are some of a select few that survive much longer, but only to burn out later on by something else or even there own undoing!  

Genetic Coffee drinker?

Every Coffee drinker has there own preference to what kind they like to drink! Is it a genetic stamp as to who drinks what ? Maybe be so otherwise we all would be drinking the same stuff I'm sure. Its the diversity of people that makes a specialty coffee house cause without the diverse crowd , you certainly would not have the many coffee options to go with it. So when your born there is already a coffee brand and coffee preference you have. 

Good Morning

It's the famous saying of the century! Good Morning is the what we all greet each other to demonstrate how we all share and appreciate a new day. New Days require that we all start off a new beginning , with that said its with what we all do to start that day of with which determines how smoothly we all get through it. Waking up in the morning is all but one of the tasks we all have to get through to get our day started, Every good morning comes with a fresh brewed coffee to enjoy. How would you start your morning off ? A cup of coffee ? Or with something else?
Usually for me a bold cup of coffee would suggest I want  to get through my day fast and leave it as a after thought.
And a lighter cup would suggest I want to take this day slow and enjoy every part of it.
